Description

Diese kleinen Hähnchen-Happen mit Knoblauch sind ein absoluter Hit auf jeder Party! Ich mache sie schon seit Jahren und sie sind immer im Nu weggefuttert. Das Geheimnis ist der Knoblauch, der im Öl sanft erhitzt wird und so sein volles Aroma entfaltet. Die Hähnchenwürfel werden dann in dieser aromatischen Öl-Mischung gewendet und mit einer Parmesan-Brösel-Kruste überbacken. So werden sie schön knusprig und saftig zugleich. Perfekt als Fingerfood oder als Beilage zum Salat. Die Zubereitung ist super einfach und geht ruckzuck – ideal, wenn es mal schnell gehen muss!

  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into small cubes
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 0.25 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

Add ¼ cup of olive oil to the mixing bowl with the chopped garlic. Heat for 1 minute / 50°C / speed 1.

Breadcrumb Mixture

Combine ¼ cup of dry bread crumbs and ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl. Set aside.

Chicken Coating

Season 2 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into small cubes, with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Coat the seasoned chicken in the garlic-infused olive oil, then dip into the bread crumb and Parmesan cheese mixture.

Baking

Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking pan. Transfer the coated chicken to the prepared baking pan and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and crispy, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
