Description

This recipe for homemade meatballs is a hearty and quick dish for the whole family. Preparation in the Thermomix® simplifies the production of the meatball mixture. The meatballs are then fried in the pan. The recipe is designed for 4 servings.

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 1 Bread roll
  • 1 Onion(s)
  • 1 Egg(s)
  • 500 g Minced meat, mixed
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • 1 TL, gestr. Marjoram, dried
  • 1 TL Paprika powder
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 2 TL Parsley, dried
  • Garlic
  • 1 TL Maggi
  • Flour for the work surface
  • Flour or breadcrumbs for turning
  • Fat for frying

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare bread roll

Cut the bread roll into small pieces and place in a bowl. Moisten with a little water and let it soak briefly.

Chop onion

Peel and quarter the onion and put in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./level 5.

Prepare meatball mixture

Add the soaked bread roll, minced meat, egg, salt, mustard, marjoram, paprika powder, pepper, parsley, garlic and Maggi to the chopped onions in the mixing bowl. Mix 2 min./level 4.

Form meatballs

Remove the meatball mixture from the mixing bowl and form into meatballs with floured hands. If necessary, turn the meatballs in flour or breadcrumbs.

Fry meatballs

Heat some fat in a pan and fry the meatballs in it over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
