Description

Braised cucumbers with ground meat is a hearty and inexpensive main course that is quick to prepare with the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are mixed ground meat, country cucumbers and onions, refined with sour cream and mustard. In just 35 minutes, 4 servings of hearty home-style cooking are created. Ideal for a filling family meal.

  • 500 g mixed ground meat
  • 750 g country cucumbers
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 400 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 3 EL medium hot mustard
  • 1 EL Flour
  • Cooking oil
  • 0.5 Bund fresh Dill
  • Marjoram
  • Salt
  • Pepper
