Description

This Thermomix® recipe for sliced pork with mushrooms in cream sauce is a hearty main course with pork cutlet and fresh mushrooms.   • 600 g Pork cutlet
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2 EL Sunflower oil
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 100 ml dry White wine
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Whipping cream
  • 2 Stück Spring onions

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare spring onions

Clean, wash and cut 2 spring onions into rings. Set aside.

Prepare mushrooms

Clean 250 g of mushrooms and cut into slices. Set aside.

Prepare meat

Wash 600 g of pork cutlet, pat dry and cut into strips. Set aside.

Sauté mushrooms

Sauté mushrooms in a pan with oil. Set aside.

Add wine and broth

Add 100 ml dry white wine and 200 ml vegetable broth to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec./speed 3.

Add the sautéed mushrooms and the fried meat to the mixing bowl and simmer for 5 min./100°C/Reverse direction speed 1.

Add 100 g whipping cream and simmer for 4 min./90°C/Reverse direction speed 1.

Mix in spring onions

Mix the prepared spring onion rings into the sliced meat and season with salt and pepper.
