200 g Black Forest ham

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare chicken breast

Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and halve crosswise. Flatten all around and salt only lightly.

Wrap chicken breast

Place 2 slices of Black Forest ham overlapping on a board. Place each fillet piece individually in the middle and wrap with ham.

Bake chicken breast

Place the wrapped chicken breasts with the seam facing down in a greased baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at high heat and then 15 minutes at the lowest heat.
