Description

This chicken consommé with noodles and vegetables is a comforting and easy to prepare dish, ideal for autumn evenings. I love this recipe because it is very adaptable: you can easily add other vegetables such as leeks or zucchini. The chicken brings a richness and depth of flavor, while the noodles make the dish more substantial. It's a complete dish, perfect for a quick lunch or a light dinner. Feel free to add a little fresh cilantro for an extra touch of freshness. A real delight!

  • 250 g Noodle(s)
  • 4 piece Chicken thighs
  • 3 piece Chicken breast(s)
  • 4 piece Carrot(s)
  • 1 piece Onion(s)
  • 3 branche Celery
  • 2 branche Thyme
  • 1 can Crushed tomato
  • 1 cube Vegetable broth
  • to taste Cilantro
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation of carrots

Cut the 4 carrots into rounds on a cutting board.

Cut the 3 branches of celery into rounds on a cutting board.

Cut the 4 chicken thighs and 3 chicken breasts into 2 pieces each.

Chop the onion

Add 1 can of crushed tomatoes into the bowl and mix 10 Sek./Stufe 3.

Prepare the broth

Dilute 1 cube of vegetable broth with hot water (about 1 liter).

Add the broth and thyme

Pour the vegetable broth into the bowl, then add 2 branches of thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the chicken

Add the pieces of thighs and chicken breasts in the bowl. Mix gently with the spatula.
