Ingredients (6 ingredients)

8 piece skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup brown sugar, divided
4 piece fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
0.125 teaspoon ground ginger
0.125 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation (3 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Prepare chicken and peaches

Place 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with ½ cup brown sugar. Arrange 4 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced, over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger, and ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Bake chicken

Bake in the preheated oven, frequently basting with juices, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, about 30 minutes. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.
