The combination of tender chicken, creamy navy beans, sweet corn, and a hint of spice from the green chiles and red pepper flakes creates a delicious and satisfying meal. Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 14.5 ounce can chicken broth
  • 5 can navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 can white corn, drained
  • 4 ounce cans chopped green chiles
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1.5 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Preparation (4 steps)

Cook Chicken and Broth

Place the cubed chicken breasts and chicken broth into a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear, approximately 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Combine Ingredients in Thermomix

Transfer the cooked chicken and broth to the Thermomix bowl. Add the rinsed and drained navy beans, drained white corn, chopped green chiles, dried minced onion, ground cumin, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, dried oregano, and salt to the Thermomix bowl.

Slow Cook in Thermomix
