Description

These chocolate brownies with sprinkles are a real indulgence! I often prepare them for my children's birthday parties and they always disappear in the blink of an eye. The recipe is very simple and quick to make with the Thermomix, and the result is a creamy and delicious dessert, perfect for a snack or a tasty dessert. The colored sprinkles add a touch of cheerfulness and make them irresistible even for the little ones. Try them, I'm sure you'll love them!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • Dark chocolate
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Bitter cocoa
  • to taste Salt
  • Type 00 flour
  • Sprinkles

Preparation (6 steps)

Melt chocolate and butter

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Place the dark chocolate and butter in the bowl. Melt for 3 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.

Add sugar and eggs

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add the sugar and mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing for 10 Sek./Stufe 3 after each addition.

Incorporate cocoa, salt and flour

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 4

Add the bitter cocoa, salt and flour in the bowl. Mix for 30 Sek./Stufe 4.

Transfer the batter to the baking pan

Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Spread evenly. Add the sprinkles on the surface.

Bake in the oven

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Continue cooking for 10 minutes with the function only from below or covered with aluminum foil.

Cool and cut

Let cool completely, remove the cake from the pan and cut into squares.
