Description

This Thermomix® recipe for chocolate fondue with cookie dough balls and fruits is a festive dessert or finger food for parties. The main ingredients are butter, sugar, flour and chocolate drops. Preparation takes about 90 minutes and yields 6 servings. Ideal for chocolate lovers and as a special snack in the cold season.

  • 75 g brown Sugar
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Prise(n) Salt
  • 180 g Wheat flour Type 405
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 100 g Chocolate chips (whole milk)
  • 400 g Bittersweet chocolate
  • 150 g Whole milk chocolate
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 250 g blue Grapes
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 Mandarins
  • 2 Bananas
  • chopped Almonds

Preparation (8 steps)

Mix butter, sugar and salt until fluffy

Add 150 g butter, 75 g brown sugar, 75 g sugar, 1 pack of vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt to the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 4 until fluffy.

Stir in flour and milk

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/keine/Speed 3

Add 180 g wheat flour type 405 and 75 ml milk alternately to the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3. Use a spatula to push everything off the edge.

Fold in chocolate chips

Thermomix® Setting
15 sec/keine/Speed 2 Reverse

Add 100 g of chocolate chips (whole milk) to the mixing bowl and carefully stir in for 15 sec./reverse rotation speed 2.

Chill dough

Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Shape cookie dough

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll into small balls. Place these in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to eat.

Melt chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Roughly chop 400 g bittersweet chocolate and 150 g whole milk chocolate and place in the mixing bowl. Add 300 ml cream and melt for 5 min./50°C/speed 2.

Prepare fruits

Pick over 150 g raspberries, wash 250 g blue grapes, peel/clean 2 kiwis, 2 mandarins and 2 bananas and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Arrange and serve

Arrange the chopped almonds, cookie dough balls and fruit in small bowls. Pour the melted chocolate into a chocolate fondue pot and serve with the other ingredients.
