Description

These cinnamon almonds are a delicious pastry, ideal for the Christmas season. The recipe is easy to prepare and is perfect as a finger food or dessert. The preparation time is about 30 minutes. The almonds are brushed with egg white and sprinkled with nuts, which gives them a special taste.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 240 dag Flour smooth
  • 150 dag Butter
  • 100 dag Sugar
  • 1 kfr Dackp

Preparation (4 steps)

Mix flour, butter and sugar

Add 240 g flour, 150 g butter and 100 g sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.

Roll out and cut out dough

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, roll it out on a floured work surface and cut out almonds.

Brush and sprinkle almonds

Brush the cut-out almonds with egg white and sprinkle with nuts.

Baking

Bake the almonds in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 10-12 minutes.
