Description

This recipe for spritz biscuits is a classic for Christmas time. The biscuits are easy to prepare and taste delicious. With the Thermomix® the dough is quick and easy to make. The baking time is only 12 minutes, so the biscuits are ready quickly. Ideal for Advent and as a gift.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 250 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 P Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 3 Stück Egg yolk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 150 g Cornstarch

Mix butter and sugar until foamy

Put butter and sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 3 until the mixture is foamy.

Baking

Fill the dough into a piping bag and pipe onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 12 minutes.
