Description

This classic egg salad is an absolute all-rounder! Whether for breakfast, as a side dish for grilling or simply as a quick snack in between - it always tastes good. The preparation is very easy and quick, so it can also be prepared spontaneously. I personally love to enjoy it on fresh bread or rolls. If you like, you can add some chives or parsley to give the salad a fresh touch. A really great recipe that always goes down well with me!

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 6 piece Egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise or salad cream
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 piece Pickled cucumber(s)

Preparation (4 steps)

Cook eggs

Thermomix® Setting
20 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Place 6 eggs in the simmering basket and fill 500 ml of water into the mixing bowl. Insert the simmering basket and cook for 20 min./Varoma/level 1. Then rinse the eggs and peel them.

Stir mayonnaise and mustard

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Add 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp mustard to the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./level 3.

Chop eggs and pickled cucumbers

Cut the cooked eggs and 2 pickled cucumbers into cubes and place in a bowl.

Mix everything

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Linkslauf/Speed 2 Reverse

Add the mayonnaise-mustard mixture to the eggs and pickled cucumbers. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything carefully. 10 sec./reverse/level 2.
