Description

This coffee-vodka-cocktail from the Thermomix® is quick to prepare with vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso. The drink is mixed with ice cubes and decorated with coffee beans and cinnamon. In just 15 minutes, 4 servings of the perfect cocktail for parties or festive occasions are created. Ideal for anyone looking for a quick and sophisticated drink.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

Ice cubes
160 ml Vodka
80 ml Coffee liqueur
80 ml Espresso (freshly brewed)
5 ml Sugar syrup
12 Stück Whole coffee beans
Cinnamon

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare glasses

Place the martini glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill. No Thermomix setting required.

Mix cocktail (1 glass)

Thermomix® Setting

20 sec/Speed 5

Add ice cubes to the mixing bowl. Add 40 ml vodka, 20 ml coffee liqueur, 20 ml freshly brewed espresso and 1.25 ml sugar syrup (or to taste). Close the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./level 5.

Strain and garnish cocktail (1 glass)

Remove a martini glass from the freezer and strain the cocktail through a sieve into the glass (the ice remains in the mixing bowl). Garnish the cocktail with 3 whole coffee beans and some cinnamon. No Thermomix setting required.

Mix cocktail (remaining 3 glasses)

20 sec/Speed 5

Add ice cubes to the mixing bowl. Add 120 ml vodka, 60 ml freshly brewed espresso and 3.75 ml sugar syrup (or to taste). Close the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./level 5.

Strain and garnish cocktail (remaining 3 glasses)

Remove the remaining martini glasses from the freezer and strain the cocktail through a sieve into the glasses (the ice remains in the mixing bowl). Garnish the cocktails with 3 whole coffee beans each and some cinnamon. No Thermomix setting required.
