  • 250 g dry biscuits
  • 125 g melted butter
  • 250 ml fresh cream
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 60 g icing sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • fresh fruit
  • mint

Chop the biscuits

Insert 250 g of dry biscuits into the bowl and chop for 10 Sec./Stufe 10.

Prepare the base

Transfer the chopped biscuits to a bowl. Add 125 g of melted butter and mix well with a spatula until you get a sandy mixture.

Compact the base

Transfer the mixture to a rectangular tart mold of 35 x 11 centimeters, preferably with a removable bottom. Press well along the edges and in the bottom with the back of a spoon. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Whip the cream

Insert the butterfly into the bowl. Pour in 250 ml of cold fresh cream and whip for 2 Min./Stufe 3.5, checking the consistency.

Prepare the cream

Remove the butterfly. Add 200 g of mascarpone, 60 g of icing sugar and vanilla extract to taste in the bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3.

Fill the base

Take the biscuit base from the refrigerator and pour half of the cream, leveling with a spatula.

Decorate with the cream

Put the remaining cream in a pastry bag and make decorations as desired on the cake.

Decorate with the fruit

Decorate the tart with fresh fruit as desired, such as blueberries, peaches and cherries.

Garnish and serve

Complete with fresh mint leaves. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
