Description

These cold seafood rolls with pineapple are a refreshing and delicious option for any occasion. I have been preparing this recipe for years and it is always a success, especially in the summer months. The combination of seafood with the sweetness of pineapple and the creaminess of the pink sauce is simply irresistible. In addition, it is a very easy recipe to prepare and can be ready in no time. Perfect for an appetizer, a light meal or even to take to a picnic. Go ahead and try it, you will love it!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 8 láminas Cannelloni
  • 6 barras Surimi
  • 70 gramos Cooked peeled prawns
  • 3 rodajas Pineapple in its juice
  • 3 cucharadas Tomato sauce
  • 3 cucharadas Mayonnaise

Preparation (5 steps)

Preparation of the cannelloni sheets

Prepare the cannelloni sheets according to the manufacturer's instructions. In this case, boil the sheets in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package. Once cooked, drain and let cool completely. Do not use the Thermomix for this step.

Preparation of the pink sauce

Add the mayonnaise and tomato sauce to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 3.

Chopping the ingredients

Add the pineapple in its juice (drained), the surimi sticks and the cooked peeled prawns to the Thermomix bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at speed 4.

Mixing the ingredients and the sauce

Pour the chopped mixture into a bowl. Add the pink sauce prepared in the Thermomix to the bowl with the chopped ingredients. Mix gently with a spatula until all the ingredients are well integrated.

Filling the cannelloni

Fill the cannelloni sheets with the seafood and pink sauce mixture. Arrange the filled cannelloni carefully on a plate. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
