Description
This compote fruit drink with apricots, apples and cranberries is prepared in the Thermomix® in just 20 minutes. Refined with lemon and a little sugar, it yields about 5 servings. The drink is ideal for the cold season and an affordable way to enjoy fruits. Suitable as a refreshing thirst quencher or warm enjoyment.
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

100 g Apricot (dried fruit)

150 g Apple (dried fruit)

20 g Cranberries (dried fruit)

150 g Sugar

1500 g Water
-
0.5 Stück Lemon (juice)
Preparation (2 steps)
Add ingredients to the mixing bowl and cook
Add all ingredients except the lemon juice to the mixing bowl: 100g Apricot (dried fruit), 150g Apple (dried fruit), 20g Cranberries (dried fruit), 150g Sugar, 1500g Water. Close the mixing bowl and cook for 20 Min./100°C/Reverse/ stirring level.
Add lemon juice and stir
Add the juice of half a lemon to the mixing bowl and stir for 10 Sec./Reverse/Speed 2. Then let it cool.
