Description

This hearty ground meat cheese soup is a substantial main course that is quick and easy to prepare in the Thermomix®. With ground meat, vegetables and lots of cheese, it is ideal for cold days. The soup is ready in about 35 minutes and serves 6 portions. It is an inexpensive and filling meal for the whole family.

Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 250 g Onions
  • 40 g Oil
  • 500 g Ground meat
  • 1 Stange Leek
  • 1 Stange Celery
  • 2 Stück Carrots
  • 1 EL Tomato paste
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • 1 TL Paprika powder
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 TL Vegetable broth
  • 400 g Pizza tomatoes (canned)
  • 500 ml Water
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 100 g grated Cheese

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onions

Place 250 g onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Sauté onions

Add 40 g oil to the chopped onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Brown meat

Brown 500 g ground meat in a separate pan until crumbly and then set aside.

Add and sauté vegetables

Cut 1 stalk of leek into rings, cut 1 stalk of celery and 2 carrots into slices. Add the cut vegetables to the mixing bowl and sauté for 5 min./120°C/speed 1.

Deglaze and season

Add 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp vegetable broth, 1 can pizza tomatoes (400g) and 500 ml water to the mixing bowl and cook for 10 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add ground meat and processed cheese

Add the browned ground meat and 200 g processed cheese to the mixing bowl and stir in for 5 min./90°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Add and melt cheese

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/140°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 140°F Reverse

Add 100 g grated cheese to the mixing bowl and stir in for 2 min./60°C/reverse rotation speed 1 until the cheese has melted.
