Description

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 3 tbsp bacon drippings
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.6666666666667 cups buttermilk
  • 0.5 tsp chicken bouillon granules
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation (3 steps)

Combine Bacon Drippings and Flour

Add 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings and ¼ cup of all-purpose flour to the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 1 minute at 100°C on speed 2.

Add Buttermilk and Simmer

Gradually pour in 1 ⅔ cups of buttermilk into the Thermomix bowl. Add ½ teaspoon of chicken bouillon granules. Cook for 3 minutes at 90°C on speed 3.

Season and Adjust Consistency

2 min/194°F/Speed 2 90

Add ¼ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper to the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 2 minutes at 90°C on speed 2. If the gravy is too thick, add more buttermilk until you reach your desired consistency.
