Description

This Thermomix® recipe for creamy gnocchi with cherry tomatoes and basil is a quick vegetarian main course. The main ingredients are gnocchi, cherry tomatoes, onions and cream. In just 30 minutes, the Thermomix® creates two servings of a simple one-pot dish. Ideal for quick, light cooking during the week.

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 500 g Gnocchi
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 200 g Cream
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
  • Basil

Chop onions

Add 200 g halved cherry tomatoes and 500 g gnocchi and stir in for 5 min./120°C/reverse/gentle stir setting.

Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and sauté for 1 min./120°C/reverse/gentle stir setting.

Stir in cream and Parmesan

Add 200 g cream and 50 g grated Parmesan and simmer for 3 min./90°C/reverse/gentle stir setting.

Season with salt and pepper and serve with basil.
