Description

This Strawberry Vanilla Buttercream is a light and fruity recipe, ideal for filling and decorating cakes. Prepared with fresh strawberries and vanilla pudding, it offers a pleasantly light taste. The preparation takes about 20 minutes and is enough for one cake. Perfect for birthdays and other festive occasions.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 500 g Strawberries, fresh or frozen, thawed
  • 300 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Pudding powder (vanilla flavor)

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare strawberries

Put 500 g of washed and cleaned strawberries into the mixing bowl and process into puree with the blender. Measure out 0.5 l.

Cook pudding

Put the strawberry puree into the mixing bowl. In a small bowl, mix 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor) with 3-4 tablespoons of strawberry puree and 100 g of sugar. Bring the remaining strawberry puree to a boil, remove from the heat and stir in the pudding powder mixture. Cook the mixture again for one minute, stirring constantly.

Prepare butter

Stir 300 g of butter until soft. If it is cold, you can stir it in a warm water bath. The butter should be around 25-26°C.

Beat butter and add pudding

Insert the Milkix instead of the mixing knife. Continue beating the butter and add the pudding, which has cooled to room temperature, spoonful by spoonful. The amount of pudding added each time should be stirred into the mixture before adding the next spoonful of pudding. 2 min./level 3.5
