Description

This creamy porridge is an explosion of flavors and textures, perfect for starting the day with energy and taste. I often prepare it the night before, so in the morning it is already ready to enjoy. The combination of oats, Greek yogurt and milk creates a soft and nutritious base, enriched by the sweetness of honey and the crunchy touch of coconut. The melted dark chocolate adds a delicious note, while the fresh seasonal fruit gives freshness and color. Ideal for a healthy and satisfying breakfast, or as an afternoon treat. Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 50 g Oat flakes
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Grated coconut
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 20 g Dark chocolate
  • Fresh fruit
  • 1 tbsp Dehydrated coconut

Preparation (4 steps)

Preparation of the porridge base

Pour 50g of oat flakes, 150g of Greek yogurt, 100ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of grated coconut and 1 teaspoon of honey into a bowl. Mix well with a spoon to blend the ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

Chop the chocolate

Thermomix® Setting

Insert 20g of dark chocolate into the bowl and chop for 5 Sec./Stufe 8.

Melt the chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Add 1 tablespoon of milk to the chopped chocolate in the bowl. Melt for 2 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.

Assembly and decoration

Take the bowl from the refrigerator and mix the porridge with a spoon. Pour the melted chocolate over the porridge and mix lightly. Garnish with 1 tablespoon of dehydrated coconut and fresh fruit to taste.
