Description

This creamy garlic sour cream sauce is an absolute all-rounder and goes with everything! I especially like to make it for barbecues because it is so quick to prepare and tastes great with meat, vegetables or just baguette. The sour cream provides a pleasant acidity, the mayonnaise for the creaminess and the garlic for the spicy kick. If you like it a little milder, you can also use only one clove of garlic. A recipe that is always well received by me and is guaranteed to be cleaned empty!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

2 clove Garlic
200 g Sour cream
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
0.5 tsp Salt
1 pinch black Pepper from the mill

Preparation (2 steps)

Chop garlic

Put 2 cloves of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. If necessary, scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Prepare sauce
