Description
Quick and easy fluffy pancakes for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

2 Stück Eggs

2 EL Sugar
-
250 ml Milk
-
2 EL Oil
-
150 g Flour
-
1 TL Baking powder
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix eggs and sugar
Add 2 eggs and 2 tbsp sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./level 4.
Add milk and oil
Add 250 ml milk and 2 tbsp oil and mix for another 20 sec./level 3.
Mix flour and baking powder
Add 150 g flour and 1 tsp baking powder and mix for 30 sec./level 4. If necessary, use the spatula to push down from the edge and repeat the process.
Bake pancakes
Heat some oil or butter in a pan. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan and bake until golden brown on both sides.
