Description

These crispy breaded chicken bites are a sure success at any gathering. The chicken breast, cut into pieces and seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper, becomes irresistible thanks to the breading with flour, egg and panko. The panko gives it an extra crunchy texture that makes them delicious. Perfect for a casual dinner, an appetizer or even for taking on a picnic. They are prepared in no time and are very easy to make. Go ahead and try them, you will love them! You can accompany them with your favorite sauce.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 500 gramos chicken breast fillet
  • 2 dientes garlic
  • 1 cucharada postre salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 140 gramos wheat flour
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 cup panko flour
  • 500 mililitros oil

Preparation (5 steps)

Garlic, salt and pepper in the bowl

Place 2 cloves of garlic in the bowl and chop for 3 seconds at speed 7. With the spatula, lower the remains from the walls of the bowl. Add 1 dessert spoon of salt and 1 pinch of black pepper.

Marinated chicken

Cut 500 grams of chicken breast fillet into smaller, thinner pieces (approximately 5 to 6 cm). Place the chicken in a container along with the previous seasoning from the bowl. Spread it all over the chicken with your hands. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Breading the chicken

To bread the chicken, prepare three containers: one with 1 cup of wheat flour (140 grams), another with 1 egg beaten with a fork, and the last with 1 cup of panko flour. Pass each piece of chicken first through the wheat flour, then through the egg and finish with the panko flour.

Frying the chicken

Heat 500 milliliters of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When hot, carefully add the breaded chicken pieces, one by one. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Draining the chicken

When golden brown on both sides, use a slotted spoon, remove the excess oil and place it in a container with paper towels to drain and be drier. Serve immediately.
