Description

This crispy chocolate tart is a real treat for chocolate and nut lovers. I often prepare it for the holiday season or birthdays, as it is always very popular. The base of crumbled cookies and butter provides a sandy and delicious texture, while the dark chocolate, fresh cream and egg filling is incredibly melting. Caramelized hazelnuts and almonds add a crunchy touch and an irresistible fragrance. A rich and tasty dessert, perfect for special occasions or just to treat yourself. Let it cool in the refrigerator for optimal tasting!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 1 pack Dry biscuits
  • 150 g Butter
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 25 cl Liquid fresh cream 30% fat
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 poignée Hazelnuts
  • 1 poignée Almonds
  • 2 c. à soupe Sugar

Preparation (12 steps)

Crumble the biscuits

Thermomix® Setting

Put the biscuits in the Thermomix bowl and mix finely for 10 Sec./Level 10.

Mix the biscuits and butter

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Add the butter cut into pieces to the bowl and mix for 20 Sec./Level 4.

Prepare the tart dough

Spread the dough on the bottom of a tart dish covered with baking paper and press well. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Pre-bake the dough

Put the dish in the preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Melt the chocolate

3 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Put the dark chocolate cut into pieces in the Thermomix bowl and melt for 3 Min./50°C/Level 2.

Add the cream and eggs

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add the liquid fresh cream and eggs to the bowl and mix for 20 Sec./Level 3.

Crush the hazelnuts and almonds

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 5

Put the hazelnuts and almonds in the Thermomix bowl and mix coarsely for 5 Sec./Level 5.

Caramelize the dried fruits

Pour the crushed hazelnuts and almonds into a pan and caramelize with the sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly to avoid burning.

Incorporate the dried fruits into the chocolate

Add the caramelized hazelnuts and almonds to the chocolate mixture in the Thermomix bowl and mix gently with the spatula.

Pour the filling onto the dough

Pour the chocolate mixture onto the pre-baked dough.

Cook the tart

Put the tart back in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Cool and serve

Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool completely. Put in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
