Description

This curd cheese pizza with vegetable topping is a low-carb main course that is quick to prepare in the Thermomix®. Low-fat curd cheese, eggs and cheese form the basis for the gluten-free dough, which is topped with pizza sauce, oregano and cherry tomatoes. In just 42 minutes, a healthy and vegetarian meal for 2 people is created. Ideal for light cuisine or as a high-protein finger food.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 250 g Low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 Stück Eggs
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 200 ml Pizza sauce
  • 1 TL Oregano
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 80 g Grated mozzarella
  • Basil

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

Put 250 g low-fat curd cheese, 3 eggs, 150 g grated cheese, salt and pepper into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 4.

Shape and pre-bake pizzas

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and form into 2 pizzas on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Prepare tomatoes

While the pizzas are pre-baking, halve 150 g of cherry tomatoes.

Top pizzas

Carefully turn the pre-baked pizza bases. Spread 200 ml of pizza sauce on the bases and season with 1 tsp of oregano. Then top with the halved tomatoes and 80 g of grated mozzarella.

Finish baking pizzas

Bake the topped pizzas in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Serve

Quarter the finished low carb pizzas and garnish with fresh basil.
