Description

Easy Peasy Pasta is a high-protein and low-carbohydrate main course with ground meat, zucchini, carrots, and tomatoes, prepared in the Thermomix®. The simple and quick preparation makes it ideal for hearty cuisine. In just 50 minutes, 6 servings are created. This dish is perfect as a family meal or for a light meal after a workout.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion/s
  • 3 Zehe Garlic
  • 2 Stück Carrots
  • 1 Stück Zucchini
  • 1 TL Oil, Olive oil
  • 240 g Ground meat/Poultry ground meat, lean (from poultry breast fillet)
  • 400 g Tomatoes (canned)
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 Prise Salt/Iodized salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 145 g Pasta
  • 60 g Mozzarella grated

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop onion

Add onion to the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec./level 5.

Add oil to the mixing bowl and sauté the onion 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add garlic to the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec./level 7.

Chop carrots and zucchini

Add carrots and zucchini to the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec./level 5.

Fry ground meat

Fry ground meat in a separate pan.

Add ground meat and remaining ingredients

Add fried ground meat, tomatoes (canned), water and salt/iodized salt to the mixing bowl and cook 20 min./100°C/level 1/Reverse.

Oven

Preheat oven to 180° C (gas: level 2, convection: 160° C)

Mozzarella on top

Add pasta and 2 tsp thyme, fill the pasta-vegetable mixture into a casserole dish (approx. 20 x 30 cm) and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake pasta in the oven on the middle rack for about 35 minutes and serve sprinkled with remaining thyme.
