Description

This Thermomix® recipe for salmon avocado composition in glass is a protein-rich finger food with fresh salmon back fillet, avocado and lime. Preparation with the Thermomix® takes only 20 minutes and yields 4 servings. Ideal as a light appetizer or for a festive buffet. The combination of fish and avocado makes this dish a healthy and balanced choice. Especially suitable for lovers of light cuisine.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 500 g Salmon back fillet
  • 1 Schote(n) red Chili
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 Avocados
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 25 g Dill
  • 200 g Crème légère

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare salmon

Cut 500 g salmon back fillet into small cubes and place in a bowl.

Chop chili

Wash 1 red chili pepper, halve lengthwise, remove seeds and place in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./level 7. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Add chili to salmon

Add the chopped chili (almost all of it, save some for garnish) to the diced salmon in the bowl.

Prepare avocado

Halve 2 avocados, remove pits, cut into small cubes and drizzle with the juice of 1/2 lime. Then add to the salmon in the bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix carefully.

Chop dill

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 5

Put 25 g dill in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec./level 5. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Prepare crème fraîche

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Put 200 g crème légère, half of the chopped dill, salt and pepper in the mixing bowl and stir 10 sec./level 3.

Layers

Layer avocado-salmon mixture and crème fraîche alternately in 4 glasses.

Garnish

Garnish the salmon-avocado composition with the remaining dill and chili and serve.
