Description

This fresh summer salad is an explosion of flavors and textures. The combination of crisp Italian lettuce, sweet peppers, juicy peaches, sour green apples and refreshing cucumber, along with blueberries and pineapple, makes it a healthy and delicious choice. The honey mustard vinaigrette gives it a bittersweet touch that enhances all the ingredients. Perfect for a light lunch, a refreshing dinner or as an accompaniment to grilled meats or fish. Go ahead and prepare it, it's very easy and quick! You can add other ingredients such as cherry tomatoes or avocado to personalize it to your liking. I prepare it often in summer, and it is always a success!

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Italian lettuce
  • 1 rodaja Yellow and green pepper
  • 2 piece Peach
  • 2 piece Green apple
  • 2 piece Cucumber
  • 1 puñado Blueberries
  • 3 cubos Pineapple
  • 3 piece Carrot
  • 1 cucharada sopera Sesame seeds
  • 5 piece Natural mushrooms
  • 1 chorro Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Mustard and honey dressing

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop pepper and carrot

Wash and cut the yellow and green pepper into medium pieces. Peel the carrots and cut them into pieces. Place the pepper and carrot in the bowl and chop 3 sec./Stufe 4. Remove and reserve.

Grate the lettuce

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 4

Wash and cut the Italian lettuce into pieces. Place the lettuce in the bowl and grate 3 Sek./Stufe 4. Remove and reserve.

Slice the mushrooms

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Remove and reserve.

Prepare the rest of the ingredients

Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices or cubes. Peel the peaches and cut them into wedges. Wash the green apple and cut it into wedges. Wash the blueberries.

Mix and serve

In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, pepper, carrot, mushrooms, cucumber, peaches, apple, blueberries and pineapple. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, drizzle with olive oil and add the mustard and honey dressing to taste. Serve immediately.
