Description

This Turkish carrot salad is an exciting flavor composition that you can easily prepare yourself. With juicy carrots fried in olive oil and then mixed with yogurt and garlic, this salad quickly becomes a delicious side dish. Fresh parsley perfectly rounds off the recipe. Ideal as a light appetizer or side dish, prepared in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

800 g Carrots
2 Stück Garlic cloves
0.5 Bd. Parsley
2 EL Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
400 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare carrots

Peel 800 g carrots. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the desired slice (fine or coarse). Feed the carrots through the WunderSlicer V2 and collect the cut material.

Chop garlic

Put 2 garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Add 2 tbsp olive oil to the chopped garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.
