Description

This pineapple mint cocktail is an absolute summer hit! The combination of sweet pineapple, fresh mint and a hint of coconut is simply unbeatable. I like to make it for barbecue parties or just when it's warm outside. The preparation is super quick and easy, perfect if you get spontaneous guests. If you like it less sweet, you can reduce or omit the grenadine syrup altogether. A refreshing treat that is guaranteed to put you in a good mood!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

8 Stiel Mint
8 cube Ice
32 cl Pineapple juice
16 cl Coconut liqueur
6 cl Grenadine syrup

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare mint

Wash 8 sprigs of mint and shake dry. Set aside 8 leaves for decoration.

Chop ice

Put 8 ice cubes into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./level 8.

Mix cocktail

Remove the chopped ice from the mixing bowl and distribute evenly among 4 long drink glasses. Place 2 sprigs of mint in each glass. Add 32 cl pineapple juice and 16 cl coconut liqueur to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 3.

Refine and serve cocktail

Distribute the mixed cocktail evenly among the 4 long drink glasses. Add 1.5 cl grenadine syrup to each glass. Garnish with the reserved mint leaves and serve immediately.
