Description

These fish skewers are a light and delicious dish, perfect for warm days. The tender Victoria perch, combined with the fresh salad, makes for a wonderful meal. I like to make these skewers when I need something quick, but still want something special on the table. The fish is ready in no time and the salad provides a pleasant freshness. Ideal for a light lunch or a quick dinner with friends. If you like, you can drizzle some lemon juice over the skewers.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 600 g Victoria perch fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Wheat flour Type 405
  • 1 Bd. Spring onions
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 Pck. Shepherd's salad

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare fish

Wash 600 g Victoria perch fillet, pat dry and cut into 24 equal pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Put 3 tbsp wheat flour type 405 in a bowl and turn the fish pieces in it, knock off excess flour.

Cut spring onions

Clean, wash and slice 1 bunch of spring onions diagonally.

Assemble fish skewers

Put the prepared fish fillet pieces on 8 wooden skewers.

Fry fish skewers

Heat 3 tbsp rapeseed oil in a pan. Fry the fish skewers in portions for 4–6 minutes, turning, until cooked through.

Arrange

Arrange 2 fish skewers each with the sliced spring onions and 2 packs of shepherd's salad on plates and serve immediately.
