Description

This fresh summer salad is a vibrant and flavorful dish, perfect for hot days. It combines the freshness of lettuce and spinach sprouts with the sweetness of cherry tomatoes and the spicy touch of red onion. Cucumber and pepper add a refreshing crunch, while black olives and feta cheese (optional) provide a salty contrast. Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 0.5 piece lettuce
  • 1 pack cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 piece red onion
  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 trozo pepper (red, green or yellow)
  • 1 piece feta cheese (optional)
  • 1 pack spinach sprouts
  • 1 piece vinaigrette
  • 1 chorro olive oil
  • 1 pieza salt and Pepper

Preparation (7 steps)

Preparation of the vegetables

Wash very well ½ lettuce, 1 package of cherry tomatoes, ½ red onion, 1 cucumber, 1 can of black olives, 1 piece of pepper (red, green or yellow) and 1 package of spinach sprouts. Set aside.

Chop the lettuce and spinach

Introduce the ½ lettuce and 1 package of spinach sprouts into the glass. Chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 4.

Add and mix the tomatoes

Pour the chopped lettuce and spinach into a large bowl. Cut 1 package of cherry tomatoes in half and add to the bowl.

Chop the onion, pepper and cucumber

Thermomix® Setting
3 Seg./Speed 5 (cebolla), 3 Seg./Speed 4 (pimiento)

Introduce ½ red onion into the glass and chop 3 Sec./Stufe 5. Add to the bowl. Introduce 1 piece of pepper (red, green or yellow) into the glass and chop 3 Sec./Stufe 4. Add to the bowl. Cut 1 cucumber into thin slices and add to the bowl.

Add the olives and feta cheese

Drain 1 can of black olives and add to the bowl. Cut feta cheese (optional) into cubes and add to the bowl.

Prepare the vinaigrette

In a small container, mix 1 splash of olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir with a spoon for 10 Sec./Stufe 3.

Dress and serve

Pour the vinaigrette over the salad in the bowl and mix gently with a spatula for 15 Seg./Stufe 2/Linkslauf. Serve immediately.
