Description
This fruity yogurt dream is a quick and easy dessert that is especially refreshing on warm days. I like to make it when I need something quick and still want to put something delicious on the table. The Greek yogurt provides a creamy consistency, while the fresh fruit adds a fruity note. It's an absolute favorite recipe that can be varied wonderfully. Instead of peaches and raspberries, you can also use other seasonal fruits. Perfect for a relaxed brunch or as a light dessert after dinner!
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

500 g Yogurt Greek style

200 g Sweet cream
-
2 piece Vanilla sugar

4 piece Cream stiffener

0.5 can Peach(es) drained and chopped

1 kl. Glas Raspberries drained
Preparation (4 steps)
Whisk yogurt and cream
Add yogurt and cream to the mixing bowl. Insert the butterfly and whisk for 2 min./level 3.5 until stiff.
Stir in vanilla sugar and cream stiffener
Remove the butterfly. Add vanilla sugar and cream stiffener and stir in for 10 sec./level 2.
Fold in fruit
Add the drained and chopped peaches and the drained raspberries and fold in for 5 sec./reverse rotation level 1.
Serve dessert
Fill the yogurt dessert into glasses or arrange in a bowl. Sprinkle with some sugar as desired and serve.
