Description

These colorful cookies are a true rainbow of sweetness! I often prepare them for my children's breakfast, and they disappear in the blink of an eye. The recipe is very simple and quick, perfect for when you want something good but don't have much time available. The soft butter and lemon flavor give an irresistible scent, while the colored sprinkles make them cheerful and inviting. They are also ideal for a birthday party or brunch with friends.   • 2 piece eggs
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 1 fialetta lemon flavor
  • colored chocolate sprinkles
  • 400 g 00 flour
  • 120 g sugar
  • 8 g baking powder

Eggs and sugar in the bowl

Rest in the refrigerator

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface. Form a firm and homogeneous loaf. Wrap in transparent film and let rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Form the cookies

Preheat the ventilated oven to 180°C (or static to 190°C). After the resting time, form balls with the dough and flatten them slightly with your hands. Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Decorate and bake

Decorate the cookies with colored sprinkles. Bake in a ventilated oven at 180°C (or static at 190°C) for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
