Description

This vanilla pudding cake from the loaf pan is a simple and delicious cake classic. With few ingredients and quick preparation, it is ideal for Sunday coffee or as a sweet treat in between. The cake is light and airy and is perfect for baking beginners. The preparation time is about 70 minutes.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

200 ml Cooking oil
200 g Sugar
4 Stück Eggs
3 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
4 Päckchen Vanilla pudding powder
1 TL Baking powder

Preparation (5 steps)

Beat eggs and sugar until foamy

Add 4 eggs and 200g sugar to the mixing bowl and beat for 3 min./speed 4 until foamy.

Stir in cooking oil

Slowly pour 200ml cooking oil into the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min./speed 3.

Stir in remaining ingredients

Add 3 packets of vanilla sugar, 4 packets of vanilla pudding powder and 1 tsp of baking powder to the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min./speed 3.

Prepare loaf pan

Grease a loaf pan.

Pour in dough and bake

Pour the dough into the loaf pan and tap the mold lightly to release air bubbles. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat on the middle rack for 50 minutes. If necessary, cover the cake with aluminum foil after a while if it gets too brown.
