Description

These smoked chicken scaloppine with ham are a dish I often prepare when I have guests for dinner. The combination of tender chicken, flavorful ham, and smoked provola cheese creates an explosion of flavor! The preparation is quick and easy, perfect for those who have little time but don't want to give up a tasty and satisfying dish. The touch of fresh sage adds an unmistakable aroma. Serve them on slices of toasted bread for a complete and delicious meal. Ideal for a Sunday lunch with the family or a dinner with friends.
