Description

This recipe for stuffed chocolate yeast pastries is a delicious pastry that is ideal for brunch or as a sweet snack. The preparation is done with the help of the Thermomix®, which makes the dough particularly smooth. The pastries are filled with chocolate cream and baked golden brown in the oven. Perfect for anyone who loves yeast pastries and chocolate.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 200 ml warm milk
  • 0.5 Glas warm water
  • 0.5 Glas cooking oil
  • 2 Stück egg white
  • 3 EL sugar
  • 1 Packung dry yeast
  • 1 Prise salt
  • 4.5 Glas flour
  • 3 EL cocoa
  • 3 EL cooking oil
  • 3 EL water
  • breakfast chocolate cream

Preparation (9 steps)

Add milk, water, oil, egg white, sugar, yeast and salt to the mixing bowl

Put 200 ml warm milk, 1/2 glass of warm water, 2 egg whites, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 packet of dry yeast and 1 pinch of salt into the mixing bowl.

Add flour and knead the dough

Add 4.5 glasses of flour and knead for 2 min./knead setting.

Add oil and knead until finished

Add 1/2 glass of cooking oil and knead for another 1 min./knead setting until a smooth dough is formed.

Divide dough and prepare cocoa dough

Remove 3/4 of the dough from the mixing bowl and place in a separate bowl. Add 3 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp cooking oil and 3 tbsp water to the remaining dough in the mixing bowl.

Knead cocoa dough

Knead the cocoa dough for 1 min./knead setting until a uniform dark dough is formed.

Let the doughs rise

Cover both doughs (the light and the dark) and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, until they have doubled in volume.

Shape and fill pastries

Shape the doughs as desired and fill with chocolate cream.

Second rising time

Place the shaped poğaça on a baking sheet, cover and let rise for another 15 minutes.

Brush and bake pastries

Brush the pastries with the reserved egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. The baking time may vary depending on the oven (approx. 15 minutes).
