  • 56 dag Cracklings
  • 26 dag Sugar
  • 2 piece Whole eggs
  • 4 tbsp Wine

Mix flour and cracklings

Add 56 dag flour and 56 dag cracklings to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec./level 4.

Add sugar, eggs and wine

Add 26 dag sugar, 2 whole eggs and 4 tbsp wine and knead for 2 min./kneading stage.

Let the dough rise

Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Shape buns and bake

Shape the dough into buns and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
