Description

A hearty casserole with minced meat, onions, mushrooms and cheese.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 200 g Gouda, in pieces
  • 20 g Butter plus some for greasing
  • 75 g Diced ham
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 30 g Wheat flour Type 405
  • 450 g Water
  • 200 g Cream
  • 6 Stück Onions, in rings
  • 300 g Ribbon noodles
  • 150 g Mushrooms, in slices
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop cheese

Put 200 g Gouda in pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec./level 7. Transfer.

Sauté diced ham

Put 20 g butter and 75 g diced ham into the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./100°C/level 1.

Fry minced meat

Fry 500 g mixed minced meat in a separate pan. Season with 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper.

Prepare minced meat sauce

Add the fried minced meat to the mixing bowl and sauté for 8 min./120°C/level 1 without measuring cup. Loosen from the bottom with the spatula. Add 30 g wheat flour Type 405, 450 g water and 200 g cream and bring to the boil for 5 min./100°C/level 1.

Add 30 g wheat flour Type 405, 450 g water and 200 g cream and bring to the boil for 5 min./100°C/level 1.

Layer casserole and bake

Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Grease the casserole dish (Ø 28 cm). Distribute half of the 6 onions in rings with 300 g ribbon noodles in it. Add 150 g mushrooms in slices and the minced meat mixture and layer another layer of onions on top. Sprinkle with the chopped cheese and bake in the hot oven for 35-40 min. Remove and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
