Description

This Thermomix® marzipan nut bundt cake is a festive cake with marzipan, nuts and sour cream. It belongs to the cake category and is ideal for Christmas time or other festive occasions.   • 0.5 pck Baking powder
  • 220 g Sugar
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 200 g Grated nuts
  • 200 ml Oil
  • 4 Stück Eggs
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 EL Amaretto

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop marzipan

Put 200g of marzipan into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec./speed 6. If necessary, push down with the spatula.

Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy

Put 4 eggs and 220g of sugar into the mixing bowl and whisk for 3 min./speed 4 until fluffy.

Add and mix other ingredients

Put 250g sour cream, chopped marzipan, 200g grated nuts and 200ml oil into the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 3.

Add amaretto

Add 1 tbsp Amaretto and stir for 10 sec./speed 2.

Stir in flour and baking powder

Put 300g flour and 1/2 packet of baking powder into the mixing bowl and stir in for 20 sec./speed 3.

Baking

Spray baking tin with separating spray, pour in dough and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
