Description

This Bundt cake, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a classic cake for festive occasions or Sunday afternoon. The main ingredients are flour, sugar, butter and eggs, refined with vanilla sugar. With a preparation time of 60 minutes and 20 minutes of active work time, the recipe yields a cake for several servings. Ideal as a breakfast cake or dessert with coffee.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 250 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 125 g Butter
  • 3 Stück Eggs
  • 0.5 Päckchen Baking powder
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Prise Salt

Preparation (4 steps)

Mix ingredients

Put all ingredients into the mixing bowl and stir for 2 min./level 4.

Pour dough into the tin

Pour the dough into a Bundt cake tin.

Baking

Bake the Bundt cake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 40 minutes.

Let cool and serve

Let the Bundt cake cool after baking and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
