Description

This juicy whipped cream chocolate bundt cake from the Thermomix® is a feast for chocolate lovers. The main ingredients are whipped cream, cocoa, butter, eggs and flour. The cake is ideal for festive occasions or as a sweet dessert. Preparation takes about 70 minutes, 20 minutes of which is active work. The recipe makes one bundt cake.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 1 Pkg Vanilla sugar
  • 5 Stück Eggs
  • 250 ml Whipped cream
  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 Päckchen Baking powder
  • Baking cocoa

Preparation (5 steps)

Stir butter, icing sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy

Add 250 g butter, 250 g icing sugar and 1 pack vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl and stir until creamy for 3 min./speed 4.

Stir in eggs individually

Add 5 eggs individually one after the other to the mixing bowl and stir in for 20 sec./speed 3 each time.

Add whipped cream and continue stirring

Add 250 ml whipped cream to the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./speed 3.

Sieve flour, baking powder and baking cocoa and fold in

Sieve 400 g flour, 1 packet baking powder and baking cocoa, add to the mixing bowl and fold in for 30 sec./speed 3 in reverse.

Fill into bundt cake tin and bake

Fill the dough into a buttered and floured bundt cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 50 minutes.
