Description

This hearty goulash soup with cream is a savory main course that is ready in about an hour. The recipe is designed for 2 servings and is particularly suitable for the cold season. The soup is rich in meat and spices and is refined with a dash of red wine and cream. Ideal for those who like it hearty.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 200 g Beef goulash
  • 2 Stück Onions
  • 1 Stück Garlic clove
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 1 TL Hot paprika powder
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • 0.25 TL Dried marjoram
  • 0.25 TL Ground caraway
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 750 ml Hot meat broth
  • 150 ml Red wine
  • 50 g Cream

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare goulash

Cut 200 g of beef goulash into 1.5 cm cubes. Peel 2 onions and 1 clove of garlic and cut into rings. Finely dice the garlic.

Fry meat

Fry 200 g of beef goulash in hot oil in a separate pan over high heat until browned on all sides.

Sauté onions

Put 2 onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add 2 tbsp oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Roast garlic and spices

Add 1 clove of garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Add 1 tsp hot paprika powder, salt, 1/4 tsp dried marjoram and 1/4 tsp ground caraway and briefly roast.

Sauté tomato paste

Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and sauté.

Pour in broth and simmer

Add 750 ml hot meat broth and the fried meat and simmer for 45 min./100°C/speed 1.

Stir in red wine and cream

Add 150 ml red wine and 50 g cream and stir in for 5 sec./speed 3 reverse.
