Description

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 1 Stück Red bell pepper
  • 1 Stück Yellow bell pepper
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 40 g Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 0.5 TL Paprika powder
  • 0.5 TL Oregano
  • 0.25 TL Chili powder
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 EL Lemon juice
  • nach Geschmack Fresh parsley (optional)

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Peel and quarter 1 onion and place 2 garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 5. If necessary, use the spatula to scrape down the sides.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add 40 g extra virgin olive oil to the chopped onion and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

Add bell peppers and tomatoes

Add 1 red bell pepper in pieces, 1 yellow bell pepper in pieces, and 200 g cherry tomatoes halved to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 4.

Season and simmer

Add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika powder, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp chili powder, and 100 ml vegetable broth and simmer for 10 min/100°C/speed 1.

Fry chicken

Cut 500 g chicken breast fillet into strips. Then fry the meat in a separate pan with some olive oil until cooked.

Add chicken and lemon juice

Add the fried chicken breast fillet and 2 tbsp lemon juice to the mixing bowl and heat for 3 min/100°C/Reverse speed 1.
