Description

This homemade pizza dough recipe is wonderful for preparing a quick and delicious meal. The dough, made with self-raising flour, olive oil, salt and water, is surprisingly easy to make and requires no yeast. The result is a fluffy and crispy dough that serves as the perfect base for any pizza. I often prepare it for casual dinners with friends or for a family pizza night. It is ideal to personalize with your favorite ingredients, from tomato sauce and mozzarella to fresh vegetables and sausages. Go ahead and try it and enjoy a homemade pizza in less than an hour!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 250 gramos self-raising flour
  • 3 cucharadas soperas olive oil
  • 1 cucharada postre salt
  • 180 centímetros cúbicos water
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 200 gramos mozzarella cheese

Mix dry ingredients

Place 250 grams of self-raising flour and 1 dessert spoon of salt in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 5 seconds at speed 4.

Add liquid ingredients and knead

Make a hole in the center of the flour and salt mixture. Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 180 cubic centimeters of water into the hole. Knead for 2 minutes in the kneading function.

Rest the dough

Remove the dough from the Thermomix and let it rest in a lightly oiled bowl for 5 minutes. This rest is crucial for the dough to relax and be easier to work with.

Spread the dough in the pan

Pour a little oil into a non-stick frying pan. Place the dough inside and spread it with your hands, preferably greased with oil, until it covers the entire base of the pan.

Cook the pizza base

Cook the dough in the pan over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until the base begins to become crispy. Watch so it doesn't burn.

Turn over and add the sauce

Turn the dough carefully. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce to taste and spread it evenly over the base.

Add the cheese and cook

Add 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese and the desired ingredients. Cook until the cheese melts and the base is golden brown.
