Description

This hearty toast sandwich is a quick and satisfying treat for every day. I like to make it when I need something quick and still want something savory on the table. The combination of crispy toast, hearty bacon, fresh tomatoes and crunchy lettuce is simply unbeatable. The mayonnaise provides the necessary creaminess. Perfect for a quick lunch or a hearty brunch. If you like, you can add some cheese or vary the sandwich with different sauces. An absolute favorite recipe!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

4 slice Sandwich toast
6 slice Bacon
1 piece Beef tomato
4 Blatt Romaine lettuce
4 tbsp Mayonnaise

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare toast

Toast the sandwich toast slices in a toaster until golden brown. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a large pan over medium heat until crispy. Then drain on kitchen paper.

Prepare tomatoes

Wash and dry the beef tomato and remove the stalk. Then slice the tomato.

Prepare lettuce

Wash and spin dry the romaine lettuce leaves.

Prepare mayonnaise

Put the mayonnaise in the mixing bowl and stir for 5 sec./level 3. Then transfer.

Top sandwich

Spread the prepared mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toast. Place two lettuce leaves, the tomato slices and the crispy bacon on one slice of toast and fold over with the other half of toast.
