Description
Dieses Matcha Cream Ice ist ein absoluter Genuss für alle Grüntee-Liebhaber! Die Kombination aus cremiger Konsistenz und dem leicht herben, aromatischen Matcha-Geschmack ist einfach unwiderstehlich. Ich mache dieses Eis besonders gerne im Sommer, wenn es eine erfrischende Abkühlung bietet. Die Zubereitung ist super einfach und gelingt mit dem Thermomix® im Handumdrehen. Perfekt als Dessert für Geburtstage oder einfach so zum Genießen. Ein Tipp: Serviere es mit frischen Beeren für einen zusätzlichen Frischekick!
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

2 cups whole milk

2 cups heavy whipping cream

4 piece egg yolks

0.5 cup white sugar

5 tablespoons green tea powder (matcha)
Preparation (4 steps)
Milk and Cream Preparation
Pour 2 cups of whole milk and 2 cups of heavy whipping cream into the Thermomix bowl. Heat for 5 Min./90°C/Stufe 2.
Egg Yolk Mixture
Add 4 egg yolks, ½ cup of white sugar, and 5 tablespoons of green tea powder (matcha) to the milk and cream mixture in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 3 Min./80°C/Stufe 3 until well combined.
Cooling the Mixture
Strain the mixture from the Thermomix bowl into a separate bowl. Let it cool to room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Churning the Ice Cream
Pour the cooled milk mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions for making ice cream. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.
