Description

This lightning-fast blueberry ice cream is an absolute hit when it's hot outside! I love making it because it's so easy and you almost always have all the ingredients at home. The frozen blueberries provide a creamy consistency, almost like soft serve. The sugar and vanilla sugar provide the necessary sweetness, and the cream makes the ice cream nice and smooth. Perfect as a small dessert or just in between. If you like, you can use a few fresh blueberries as a topping. A great recipe for the whole family!

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

200 g Blueberries, frozen
40 g Sugar
1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
120 g Cream
200 g Milk

Preparation (3 steps)

Pulverize sugar

Thermomix® Setting

5 sec/Speed 10

Put 40 g of sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar into the mixing bowl and pulverize for 5 sec./level 10.

Prepare ice cream

Thermomix® Setting

5-10 sec/Speed 8

Add 200 g of frozen blueberries and 120 g of cream and mix for 5 sec./level 8. If necessary, mix again for 5 sec./level 8 until the desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
